AutismUAE is a Dubai-based initiative to bring qualified, and affordable ABA therapy to children on the spectrum, while safeguarding the working conditions of our ABA therapists. We believe that therapists deserve to be treated with the same importance that ABA has in the child’s development. The following positions are available for immediate as well as ongoing hire.

ABA Therapist, UAE

AutismUAE is launching services for affordable ABA therapy (Applied Behavioural Analysis) and related support services for individuals with autism, and has begun operations. Hiring is ongoing, and we are working to provide therapists to all of the parents on the waiting list.

Requirements are:

  • Attested Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Education, Psychology, Physical Therapy, or PT)
  • Three years cumulative ABA experience
  • English language fluency, written and verbal

AutismUAE provides:

  • Monthly Salary of 1000 USD, or 3800 AED
  • Accommodation
  • Company Visa
  • Health Insurance
  • Annual Tickets Home
  • One month paid leave
  • Work-related transportation allowance

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

  • Previous international/GCC work experience
  • Enthusiastic, child-friendly personalities
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work well independently
